WHAT IS THE 48 HOUR FILM PROJECT?

Each year cities around the world compete in the 48 Hour Film Project. The event is held over a weekend. When the event begins, teams draw a genre out of a hat and are assigned a character, prop, and line of dialogue that must be in the film. Then teams have just 48 hours to write, shoot, edit and submit a short film! The winner of each city then moves on to screen at the Filmapalooza Film Festival for best in the world. There were 11 teams, us included, competing in the Cincinnati event.
