WHAT IS THIS SHORT FILM PROJECT?
CHARLIE MOON LANDING is a comedic, but inspirational story. It is a family friendly (PG) film that will ultimately be around 15 minutes long and submitted to screen at select theaters pertaining to film festivals (and hopefully win awards).
THE STORY: Ten-year-old Charlie Moon is involved in an accident leading to a 65-year-long coma. And now, it's the first day of the rest of his life.
THIS SCENE: Charlie Moon (toward the end of the film) is honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Space Awards for his accomplishments working with NASA. You are guests in attendance at this award ceremony. Your scenes should take less than an hour. We will get various angles of the audience (you) listening and applauding.
CREDITS: This is a non-paying volunteer passion project, but everyone will be included in the film credits. Release forms will be available to sign on the day of filming for each participant which will also serve to provide us your name for the end credits.
SPREAD THE WORD: We are looking to get a large group of people coming, so please share the following link in your social media and encourage your friends and family to sign up! LINK: www.herbertbrothers.com/extras
THANK YOU!
